They did this after spotting a loophole in the 1967 Outer Space Treaty, which says that no nation nor government can just own the Moon or any other extra-terrestrial planetary body. However, the Treaty neglected to mention that no individual or corporation could not own it. This is the loophole that the Lunar Embassy exploited. Purchasers of land claims receive certificates of title as proof of their purchased land claims.
I work as the Lunar Embassy's Authorized Reseller for both Australia and New Zealand (NZ). I also live in NZ. I sell claims to land on the Moon and Mars for NZ $60/acre, which is a bit cheaper than what the Lunar Embassy sells it for on their website. I have been operating this business for a number of years now and have tried many different marketing methods, including Google SEO, Facebook advertising, Facebook Marketplace listings, eBay listings (for Australia), TradeMe.co.nz (NZ's version of eBay) listings (for NZ) and email marketing (as I have over 3,000 email addresses on my database from previous sales). All these marketing methods have had mostly average results and I now want some marketing that really gets my business going and to the point where I receive AT LEAST 20 orders a week. That would be hugely appreciated. Please keep in mind that just because these marketing methods gave me mostly average results does not mean that they do not work. I simply may not be that great at them and someone else who is much better than me at them will probably do a much better job with them.
