Mautic Solutions

We are using Mautic as an Email Tool to send Email Campaign. We have the issues in our mautic. First is, from our mautic we don't getting Automatic reply from any outgoing email campaign. Second is, we are getting repeat bounce email from our email campaign. We required the solution as soon as possible.
