Mailchimp Email List Update via Survey

I need assistance updating my Mailchimp email list. The goal is to assess my subscribers' interest in continuing to receive emails. Maybe add question with multiple answers about what areas they are interested in.
I have a small craft business, Pysanky (Ukrainian folk eggs and Eggshell jewelry). I sell at craft shows, I run workshops, i sell online via Wix e-commerce website.
