Install PowerMTA and build SMTP server and connect it to mailwiz -- 2

We need to build our own SMTP server by installing PowerMTA on the server for bulk mailing and configure it to Mailwizz and configure multiple IPs to the same SMTP server. Only experts should connect, time passers please stay away. We need this entire setup and environment suitable to send approx 50k emails a day.
