Instagram Accounts & Email Creation for Marketing

I am in need of a US-based freelancer to set up 10 new Instagram accounts including corresponding email addresses for verification purposes. These accounts are specifically for marketing use.

I am looking for 10 to begin with but with a view to an ongoing relationship, as there would be a continual need.
