Email Marketing Specialist Needed for Campaign Management
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to manage our cold email outreach from start to finish. This is a fixed-price project, not hourly.
Responsibilities:
Set up new domains and email infrastructure to ensure high deliverability and avoid spam folders (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up, etc.)
Build and verify targeted email lists based on our business criteria (B2B, industry-specific)
Craft effective cold email sequences (subject lines, messaging, follow-ups)
Set up and manage email campaigns using cold email platforms (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, etc.)
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
Proven experience with cold email systems and tools
Ability to set up and manage DNS records for new domains
Experience with email warm-up tools and spam avoidance best practices
Strong English writing and communication skills
