Cold Email Outreach Specialist -- 2

I need assistance running a cold email outreach campaign to generate B2B leads. We'll be using purchased lead lists for our contacts.
I am looking for someone who can advise on what tools we need to use, set things up technically, sort data (by SIC codes and other criteria) and run the campaigns for us on an ongoing/long term basis.
We plan to run campaigns by UK/US SIC codes (and target specific niches/sectors)...so we will provide tailored content for each campaign.
We are planning to initially send 5,000 cold emails per month, and increase this to 10,000 once we can see things begining to work.
I have my own company/team India (Kolkata) so someone based in India would be good as this stuff I generally want to do very early AM UK time (which will be late AM in India).
