Bulk Email Contest Campaign Sender
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a reliable bulk-email specialist to broadcast daily event-update messages for an ongoing contest. My in-house list of existing customers is ready to go, and volume will hover around 2,000 emails every 24 hours.
You will take full ownership of delivery: configuring or integrating the sending platform, loading my CSV list, scheduling the sends, and monitoring performance so the messages consistently reach the inbox. The creative (subject lines, HTML and text versions) is prepared; I only require light formatting tweaks if your system demands them.
Compliance with CAN-SPAM/GDPR, proper unsubscribe handling, and bounce processing are non-negotiable. Please be ready to share past deliverability stats or a brief outline of the infrastructure you plan to use (ESP, warmed IPs, SPF/DKIM, etc.).
Deliverables I expect:
• Daily send of ~2,000 emails to my provided list
• Post-send report covering delivered, opens, clicks, bounces, and complaints
• List hygiene actions—automatic removal of hard bounces and opt-outs
• Quick turnaround on any sender-reputation issues that may arise
