Build our own 3-5 VPS Server +Mail Server Setup and Optimization +Sending - 200K High inbox Bulk Email Sending
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We have 3-4 promotional email offer creatives ready to go and a scrubbed list of200,000 contacts for the initial test. Your job is to handle the entire send from our own infrastructure [OVH] with 3-5 VPS servers and 3-4 Sending Domains, using Interspire or other and a pool of clean, rotating IP addresses that consistently land in the inbox. you set it up all and optimize it after we award you and give you access.
you set the mail server on 3-5 VPS Servers and we give you sending Domains and IPs and Server access to set the mail system which you will set and manage for 1 month and later ongoing manage our sending and optimize it

Here’s the flow I need followed:
• Split the 200K list 50/50 between Email 1 and Email 2 or between 4 mailers 50K each..but the sending will start small.. after you set up all correctly..(each has its own subject line and slightly different layout—zipped files already prepared). And set it up on the mail servers you will set up on our 3-5 virtual servers with OVH. you set software and all features of the mail server to be active and correctly set up including access to our domain manage w Go daddy and optimizing the records for optimal sending
We also want rotating IPS for max Delivery and high Inbox
• Launch the campaign from our servers w OVH, then give me full delivery stats: sent, bounced, opens, clicks and any spam-trap hits.
• Provide live login access to Interspire /MailWizz or others or similar so we can verify the send in real time and confirm that none of the sending IPs are currently blacklisted.
If the test performs well, I’ll immediately hand over a 200 K list and move to an ongoing arrangement. We can start small 1K, 5K, 15K, .etc.. every 2-3 days ..for sending Let me know:
1. How soon you can start.
2. What deliverability results you typically achieve.
3. Your price for the OVH server Setup with Software, Optimization and you sending the mail we give you and including optimization of the sending Domains including all setting of rotating IPS
I’m ready to move quickly once I see proof of past bulk-mailing success and solid IP reputation.
Budget $500 -$800 +/ - for full set up on your Server and management and all Ip's etc. for up to 200K emails in few batches ( our own protected Sub list)
