Minecraft Manhunt Enchantment Plugin

I'm looking for a Minecraft 1.21 plugin that applies permanent enchantments to my character for server.

basically I would want item enchants but base kit on my minecraft character.
so like even at the very beginning of the manhunt when I have nothing, I would have something like depth strider 3 applied to me as the runner.
This is the list of equivalents to what I would probably want:

Feather Falling 4
Swift Sneak 3
Depth Strider 3
Soul Speed 3
Respiration 3
Aqua Affinity
-all armor based enchants that are automatically applied onto me from the very start

Looting 3
Fortune 3
Efficiency 2
-auto applies onto everything I use, even if it’s just my fist

Piercing 1
Multishot
Quick Charge 1
-auto applies onto crossbows if I’m able to get one

Unbreaking 3
-applied on all items / tools I use
so i guess the start command to apply would just be /enchantrunnerset @(player)

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in Minecraft plugin development
- Familiar with Minecraft enchantments and commands
- Experience with 1.21 version features
