bulding and construction

i am required to a whs management plan with relevant templates matching the title, not implementing it, but just using the relevant title of the site where relevant, there are titles to photo and there are two rows which need to be matched up in order. this is due on thee 20th of November, I will upload all documents required, but some research might need to be done for specific temapltes and whs regulations in Australia NSW.
