Two-Story Residential New Build

I’m ready to move from plans to ground-breaking on a brand-new two-story home and need an experienced building contractor who can take the project from site preparation through final hand-over. This is a full residential new build, so you’ll be coordinating every stage: permits, foundations, framing, MEP installs, finishing work, and the final inspection sign-off.

I already have concept drawings and a preliminary site survey; you’d help refine these into stamped construction documents if needed, then manage the schedule, trades, and quality control on site. Local code compliance, accurate material take-offs, and clear progress updates are essential. Familiarity with modern energy-efficient construction methods and digital project-management tools (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) will be a plus.

Deliverables at completion:
• Fully finished, code-compliant two-story residence ready for occupancy
• All inspection approvals, warranties, and as-built documentation
