Site Plan for Deck

I am looking to build a medium-sized deck (100-300 square feet). I already have a rough idea of the design, but I'm open to suggestions. I would prefer to use composite material for the deck. I'm looking for a talented freelancer to create a site plan that takes into account all of the details of the design and ensure that I get the deck I'm wanting.

I need to submit for a deck building permit in Baltimore County, MD, so the Ste Plan needs to meet the requirements of the attached 3 documents for a permit application to Balitmore County, MD.
