Playhouse for an Little Girl Age 7

I am looking for someone to build me a playhouse for my 7-year-old little girl. The playhouse should be made of wood, with a few features that I would like it to have. Upstairs, I want there to be a bedroom and a nice living room.

I want stairs inside that leads to the bedroom.
