I'm looking for a skilled carpenter or builder to construct an attached covered patio with a hip roof design.

Requirements:
- Use of high-quality wood materials
- Natural wood finish
-18' deep (off house) x 16" wide x 12' tall
- shingle finish.
-supported by PT 6" x 6" posts.
-constructed on a permitted concrete slab with footers.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with hip roof structures
- Proficiency in working with wood
- Attention to detail for a natural finish
