Commercial Contractor Needed for Building Permit
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a licensed commercial contractor who can help me finalize my building permit application for a pump house on a campground in Coconino County, Arizona.
The structure was built without a permit but meets all necessary building codes, so we have to "reverse-engineer" the process. The county has already reviewed our plans, and we're only waiting on two things: an electrical engineering stamp (currently in progress) and the name of a commercial contractor along with a commercial bid value of labor and materials.
I can provide building plans and exterior and interior photos. The original builder is not available to provide any information.
The project should be completed within the next 2-4 weeks.
