Bobs greenhouse

I’m building a 30’ x 70’ greenhouse out of 1 1/4 inch metal conduit, and I’m looking for a structural or civil engineer that well sign off drawings they feel meet county approval, and do calf’s that will meet county approval. I have drawings.
