selection of Land surveying instructor for pilot Vocational Training program

Hi, My name is Khalid Esa, I am an engineering manager for a Charity origination. we are seeking an experienced land surveying/site surveying lecturer to design a an exam by which applicant to the post can be tested on for their qualification. the chosen freelancer will work closely with my team in designing the exam and reviewing the answer sheets. and potentially be part of the auditors of this ongoing program in matter such as quality of delivery and curriculum.
