RICS Building Surveyor

Hi, I'm looking for a RICS Building Surveyor to conduct Level 3 Building Surveys and Specific Defect Surveys. I'm looking for someone who is a qualified and experienced professional who is presentable with good communication skills, an eye for detail, own transportation and your own PI cover up to £1m.
