Modular off-site construction of a 28 bed ward for NHS hospital in Norfolk. Around £11m contract value, across 15-20 subcontractor packages. JCT Design & Build 2016 contract. Will need to be prepared to travel to site regularly, accommodation and travel provided. Vacancy available for immediate start. Very rewarding project and great team to work with.
