Prepare a detail survey of a residential house (500m2 site area)

I work for a residential property developer and we require a surveyor to quickly prepare a survey of a recently purchased site. The survey needs to include the existing house, trees, adjoining road and gutter/pits. The address is 18 Tobruk Avenue, Cremorne.
