Land survey

I'm looking to hire a Freelancer to carry out a construction survey of a 1-5 acre plot of land. I do not have any existing land survey documents or deeds for the property. I require the Freelancer to accurately measure boundaries and provide an accurate description of the land. All measurements should be based on professional guidelines and regulations standardized by the state. It is important that the survey is neat, precise and that all documentation is presented neatly. The Freelancer should also note any access restrictions, buildings, fences, trees, rights of way or other features of the land as well as any other relevant information. The survey should also provide a detailed list of measurements on all sides of the land. I would also like to be supplied with a sketch plan or map to help keep me updated about the land survey. Finally, a summary of the findings should be provided along with a report to confirm that the survey was carried out correctly and that the measurements are accurate.
