Comprehensive Boundary Survey Required
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
The Council has requested a comprehensive boundary survey. The existing Development Application is accompanied by multiple surveys prepared by different surveyors, at different times (up to 13 years ago), which are inconsistent in some respects. Therefore, one comprehensive and up-to-date boundary, detail, and levels survey, prepared by a registered surveyor, is required.
Detailed requirements include:
- A boundary survey focusing on basic cadastral information, with the level of detail being basic cadastral information
- Inclusion of buildings and structures within the survey
The ideal candidate for this project should be a registered surveyor with extensive experience in conducting boundary surveys. Proficiency in interpreting and reconciling different survey data will be essential. The successful freelancer will be able to provide a consistent and comprehensive survey that meets the Council's requirements.
