building remodeling from revit files

We have 40 buildings that we need them to be remodeled in 3dmax (and i mean total remodel not a single polygon will be used from the Revit model), this task needs at least 15 ppl as it has a very tight deadline if you are an single individual please don't apply, please spare me the introduction reading and send me some modeling samples and cost so i can make a fast decision.
attached are samples for the buildings and a building that is already remodeled as a required sample.
