Unsafe Violation Closure Paperwork

The permit is in hand, the drawings have been approved, and the City has flagged the job only for an “unsafe structure” violation that now needs to be cleared. I’m at the point where a completion certificate is the last missing piece.
All supporting documents for the certificate are already compiled; what I need is someone who knows Philadelphia L&I’s process inside-out to:
• prepare the completion certificate paperwork exactly as the City requires,
• coordinate with my contractor for any signatures or confirmations L&I might request, and
• submit the package so the violation is officially closed and the permit can be archived without conditions.
Once L&I issues the completion certificate and removes the unsafe status from the property file (Philadelphia, PA 19130), the job is done. If you have recent experience filing these certificates, especially for unsafe-structure cases, I’d love to hand this off to you right away.
