Residential Accessory Structure Permit Application Writing

Write up the permit application with the City of Durham, NC for a Residential Accessory Structure that already has electricity, that will have a wall extended 4 feet (total length 14 ft), with floor raised, door created to enter into house from inside accessory structure. Accessory structure will be made into a laundry room. Plumbing will be added for washer hookup. Dedicated electric plug and vent suitable for drier will be installed. I will do the work, and may hire a licensed electrician and plumber when needed, but do not have them chosen, yet. I have a licensed Structural Engineer Report, as well as an email contact and guidelines from the Administrative Technician with the Durham City-County Building and Safety Dept.
