Renovation REScheck Compliance Report
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m renovating a two-story single-family home and need a complete REScheck compliance package to satisfy the building department. This is a renovation project (not new construction or an addition), so accuracy in capturing existing assemblies vs. upgraded assemblies is critical.
You will receive the architectural drawings, window and door schedules, insulation specs, and any additional product data you request. Using the latest REScheck software and the applicable IECC edition for my jurisdiction, put together a report that demonstrates the remodeled areas meet or exceed the required energy-efficiency standards.
Deliverables I need from you:
• Final REScheck PDF ready for permit submission
• The native .rck file for future revisions
• A brief summary explaining any assumptions made and where trade-offs were applied
