Pennsylvania Stamped Drawings for Reuse
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m converting an existing commercial building into a licensed personal-care home here in Pennsylvania and need a complete, permit-ready set of stamped architectural drawings that reflect interior layout changes only.
The building shell stays intact; the work is all inside—reconfigured walls, updated egress paths, accessibility upgrades, and any life-safety details required for the new occupancy classification. Your plans must satisfy current Pennsylvania Building Code, applicable IBC chapters, and local municipal submission standards.
Because the municipality will not accept drawings unless they bear a Pennsylvania architect’s seal, you must hold an active PA license and be able to sign and digitally stamp the final sheets.
Deliverables (PDF + one hard copy):
• Demolition and proposed floor plans with keyed notes
• Code summary, occupancy load, and life-safety / egress diagrams
• Door, window, and finish schedules appropriate for a personal-care facility
• Reflected ceiling plan showing new fire-protection and alarm device locations (coordination notes only; separate engineer to design systems)
• Sections or details required to illustrate new wall types and accessibility clearances
• General structural notes if any partitions bear load or require lintels
• Title sheet with your PA seal, signature, and date
Acceptance criteria: drawings are reviewed and accepted by the local authority on first or second submission with only minor comments.
