Lease Review - Tenant Exposure & Responsibility
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a lease that is in need of review to expose potential liabilities. The building does not have a current Certificate of Occupancy (CO). It's a 2-story with the 1st level completed for the most part and the 2nd level is a shell.
I am specifically concerned about my responsibility for electrical and plumbing issues that the owner is aware of or will be exposed during Tenant Improvements, along with the ability to obtain a CO in a timely manner.
