Indian RC Residential Structural Design

I am looking for a structural / civil engineer who has deep experience in reinforced-concrete design for residential buildings in India in seismic Zone IV. Your experience must be rooted in Indian practice—deep understanding of IS 456 for concrete design, IS 1893 for seismic analysis and IS 13920 for ductile detailing.
