Experienced Quantity Surveyor Required for Residential Construction Cost Estimation & BOQ Preparation

We are a growing Construction, Interior Design, and Real Estate company looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to help us develop a professional pricing and estimation framework for residential construction projects across India.

Scope of Work

We require a freelancer who can create a complete construction costing system that will help us provide transparent and accurate quotations to our clients.

Deliverables:

1. Construction Pricing Packages

Develop 3–4 pricing tiers (Economy, Standard, Premium, Luxury)
Define specifications, materials, and finishes for each package
Recommend competitive per sq. ft pricing structures

2. Detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

Prepare stage-wise BOQs covering:
Foundation
RCC Structure
Masonry
Plastering
Flooring
Electrical
Plumbing
Painting
Finishing Works
Provide quantity and cost breakdowns

3. Location-Based Cost Adjustment Matrix

Create an Excel/Google Sheets model that adjusts rates based on city/location factors
Consider labour costs, material transportation, and regional market variations

4. Construction Cost Calculator

Build a formula-driven Excel or Google Sheets calculator
The calculator should be ready for integration into a website or mobile application
Generate instant project estimates based on built-up area and package selection

5. Payment Milestone Framework

Suggest a practical milestone-based payment structure for residential construction projects
Include stage-wise payment recommendations
