Engineer Approval for Greenhouse Structure
Budget: $10 – $11 USD
I need an engineer licensed in the State of Nevada, to prepare a letter approving an already built in-ground greenhouse structure as safe. This is required to satisfy county regulations.

- Engineer's letter of approval
Required items to be addressed for your situation are as followed:
Full engineered drawings OR engineers letter clearly identifying all of the following items to meet the minimum requirements of the 2018 IBC or 2018 IRC in addition to the site conditions and local design criteria, calculations may be required.
Footings
All framing members and sheathing members
Site built trusses
Connection / fastening methods used for all framing and truss members
Verify the amount of soil materials allowed to be backfilled against the existing walls based on the construction methods used
