Concrete Lintel Load Calculations Needed

I’m putting up a 3.8 m × 3.8 m single-storey rear extension. A 110 mm sewer runs beneath each side wall; local regulations insist on 150 mm clearance all round, so the wall will bridge the pipe with pre-stressed concrete lintels spanning roughly 410 mm between ring-beam piles.
What I need from you is a concise set of structural calculations that confirms the size, type and bearing length of those concrete lintels and shows they can safely carry:
• the 350 mm-wide cavity wall (block inner leaf, brick outer leaf)
• the warm-deck Trocal flat roof and any maintenance load
• typical domestic live and dead loads specified in current Northern Ireland Building Regulations
