Bungalow Extension Modification
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I need modifications to existing plans for a 1-bedroom extension on my bungalow. The extension should include a new bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
I already have the plans from a refused application. The application was refused on the grounds that it is too large. The plans required are for a smaller extension with only one room rather than two and a flat roof instead of a pitched roof. I can provide the existing CAD plans for modification and exact measurements for the modification.
