Ad-hoc 3D Modeling Support

Freelance 3D Modeler / BIM Specialist (Ad-Hoc Basis)

We are looking for a freelance 3D Modeler with BIM knowledge to support our projects on an as-needed basis.

Scope of Work
Create 3D product models of turnstiles, access control systems, kiosks, barriers, and related security equipment.
Produce realistic 3D renders and visualizations for catalogues, brochures, tenders, and client presentations.
Develop scene mock-ups showing products installed in actual environments such as:
Commercial buildings
Offices
Factories
Dormitories
Transportation hubs
Construction sites
Prepare BIM-compatible models when required.
Convert 2D drawings, sketches, or product photos into 3D models.
Generate installation and concept visualizations for customer approval.
Software Requirements

Must be proficient in one or more of the following:

Autodesk Revit
Autodesk 3ds Max
SketchUp
Blender
Autodesk AutoCAD
Preferred Experience
BIM modeling and coordination.
Product visualization and rendering.
Security systems, access control, turnstiles, gates, or industrial equipment.
Singapore construction projects.
Deliverables

Typical tasks include:

BIM family creation.
Turnstile product models.
Entrance lobby visualizations.
Site mock-ups and concept renders.
4D construction/installation sequence visualizations.
Marketing and catalogue renders.
Engagement
Freelance / Project basis.
Remote work acceptable.
Long-term collaboration preferred.
