Two-day BIM MEP Modelling and Coordination Task

looking for an experienced BIM MEP freelancer to develop a complete MEP BIM model and perform clash detection and coordination within a 2-day timeframe.

The scope of work includes creating discipline-wise BIM models in Autodesk Revit, integrating them, and performing clash detection using Navisworks, along with BIM 360 collaboration setup.

Scope of Work

HVAC Modeling

Ductwork, equipment, accessories

Proper levels, systems, and naming conventions

Electrical Modeling

Lighting, power, cable trays, panels (as per standard BIM practice)

Plumbing Modeling

Water supply, drainage, fixtures, piping systems

Firefighting Modeling

Sprinklers, piping, valves, pumps (basic LOD suitable for coordination)

Coordination & Clash Detection

Combine all MEP models

Perform clash detection in Navisworks Manage

Generate clash reports (HTML/NWC/NWD or screenshots)

BIM 360 Collaboration

Upload models to BIM 360

Setup coordination workflow / shared environment (basic level)

Deliverables

Revit models for:

Federated model (Navisworks)

Clash detection report

BIM 360 shared model access / files

All files delivered within 2 days
