• Dimensioned floor plans for the entire structure, ready for permit submission and coordination with MEP consultants.
• Interior design layouts, mood boards, and material selections that tie together public and private zones cohesively.
• A site-responsive landscaping concept, including hardscape and softscape plans, that complements the architecture and supports daily usability.
• 3D visuals and walkthroughs to communicate the design clearly to stakeholders.
• Source files (DWG, RVT or equivalent) plus high-resolution PDFs for all drawings and renderings.
