Looking for someone who has experience with project to create a home from scratch using xbim toolkit

Read description carefully.
I am seeking an experienced freelancer who can create a home from scratch using the xbim toolkit.
xbim toolkit is greatest tool to operate ifc file but manual is lacking.
So I want to get an example project to create a home from scratch including door, window, roof, etc.
Or manual well written will be available.
And who has experience with working a project I mentioned can be candidate.
