IESVE Energy Model for Commercial

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need a full energy-performance model of a commercial building created in IESVE. I already have some basic architectural sketches that outline the floor plates, orientation, glazing ratios, and preliminary HVAC zoning; these will serve as the starting point for geometry and construction inputs.

What I’m looking for is a working VE model that can accurately simulate annual loads, peak demands, and end-use breakdowns. Please include realistic schedules, weather data for the project location, and envelope/MEP assumptions that align with current code unless you advise otherwise. Once the model is calibrated, I’ll need an export of the results along with a concise summary of key findings—annual energy use intensity, monthly profiles, and any obvious efficiency opportunities.

• PDF or Excel output reports of the energy results
• Brief write-up explaining assumptions, results, and next-step recommendations

I’ll be available to answer questions about layouts, occupancy, or mechanical concepts as the work progresses, and I’m happy to review interim screenshots to keep everything on track.
