Detailed Archicad Drawings

I already hold a fully approved planning set for a subsidised residential project: two point-symmetrical buildings containing 35 apartments. What I now need is the complete execution package at 1:50 in Archicad 26.

The scope is clear. You will take my existing model and create floor plans for the ground, upper and penthouse levels, sections and elevations that show all materials and dimensions, plus roughly ten construction details showing various joints. Every drawing must comply with the relevant German building codes, so familiarity with local regulations is essential.

Because the scheme is mirrored, the workload is manageable, yet precision matters. Native Archicad 26 files and print-ready PDFs are the expected hand-over. If you can speak German and meet in Berlin from time to time, that will make coordination even smoother, but remote collaboration is fine as long as deadlines and quality are met.
