CostX BOQ for School Roof structure
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
All drawings, specifications, and material schedules for a new primary school are ready; what I now need is a clean, fully-coded bill of quantities produced directly in CostX. The scope is limited to the roof package only—carpentry items as well as all structural-steel members and fixings.
You will take the documentation I supply (PDF drawings, schedules, and my preliminary measurement notes) and create a CostX project file that:
• Breaks down every roof element into measured, logically grouped work sections.
• Uses CostX’s dimension groups, rate libraries, and custom codes so the file is ready for live pricing and future revisions.
• Aligns with standard building-construction estimating conventions and the school’s specification language. Needs to align with ANZSMM requirements
At hand-over I expect the native CostX file plus a summary export (Excel or PDF) for quick review. Quantities must tie back to the drawings—spot checks will be carried out against at least three key roof zones.
