Concrete Residential Structural Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My architectural team has finalized the layout for a new residential building for Asbat, and I now need the full concrete structural design package that will take it from concept to construction.
Scope of work
• Develop the complete structural model in the analysis software you prefer (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, Robot, or equivalent) using cast-in-place concrete as the sole structural material.
• Optimise member sizes and reinforcement to meet local building code requirements and deliver an efficient, buildable solution.
• Produce clear structural drawings in CAD (DWG + PDF) covering foundation plan, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, and any stair or roof elements, ready for the architect and contractor.
• Supply reinforced-concrete schedules, load-take-down summaries, and a signed calculation report that can be submitted for permit approval.
• Include the native model files and an editable spreadsheet of calculations so future revisions are straightforward.
Acceptance criteria
1. All drawings are dimensioned and annotated in English, with consistent sheet titles and scales.
2. Calculation report tracks governing code clauses and safety factors.
3. BIM/CAD layers are cleanly organised for easy coordination with the architect.
4. Design passes a final clash and constructability check.
I am available for rapid answers on site data, soil reports, and architectural constraints, and I can arrange quick progress reviews so we stay on schedule. Let me know your preferred workflow and lead time to deliver the first draft set.
