Civil engineer required for building structural design and drawing
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I already have a completed architectural design and now need a civil/structural engineer to translate it into fully detailed construction drawings. Your work will form the basis for permitting and for my contractor’s on-site execution, so accuracy and code-compliance are critical.
Scope
• Review my architectural plans (DWG/PDF) and flag any dimensional conflicts that might affect the structural scheme.
• Perform the necessary structural sizing and detailing based on standard analysis methods (ETABS, STAAD Pro, or your preferred equivalent).
• Deliver the full set of structural construction drawings in AutoCAD (DWG) and printable PDF, including:
– Foundation plan and footing schedule
– Column, beam, and slab reinforcement details
– Roof/framing plans (if applicable)
– General notes and code references required for approval
Acceptance Criteria
• Drawings align precisely with the architectural layout provided.
• All elements are labeled, dimensioned, and detailed to a level suitable for permit submission and contractor use.
• Files open without errors and print to scale.
• Up to two rounds of revisions are included to address authority or contractor comments.
