What I will supply: preliminary architectural plans, site soil report, and occupancy requirements.
What I expect back:
• Professional calculations (PDF + editable file) covering gravity, wind, and seismic loads
• Well-layered CAD drawings showing foundations, framing, reinforcement, and connection details
• A concise design brief summarising assumptions, codes followed, and any construction notes
