BIM Twin Facility Maintenance Setup
Budget: $12 – $30 SGD
I have an up-to-date digital model of our facility, yet I’ve never taken the next step into true BIM-based asset management or a live Digital Twin. My goal is to turn that existing model into a practical maintenance tool that lets me track every piece of equipment, monitor energy performance in real time, and make data-driven decisions without getting lost in technical jargon.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Assess the current model to confirm it is twin-ready and map every asset with the right metadata.
• Connect, or at least prototype the connection to, energy-usage data (BMS, IoT meters, or similar) so the twin reflects live consumption.
• Build intuitive dashboards or reports for asset tracking, fault history, and energy trends—preferably in a platform such as Autodesk Forge, Revizto, Azure Digital Twins, or any comparable environment you recommend.
I’m looking for someone who can both do the technical heavy lifting and coach me along the way, turning BIM and Twin concepts into a straightforward maintenance solution.
