Accra Residential Architectural Plan
Budget: $200 – $1,000 USD
I need a full set of architectural drawings for a new residential project in the Accra area. The overall look will be guided by my own ideas rather than a strictly modern, traditional, or eco-friendly template, so I’m looking for someone comfortable turning a personal vision into build-ready documents.
Key spaces I already know must be included are a dedicated home office, an entertainment room, and an indoor gym. Beyond those, I have a few additional bespoke rooms in mind that we can explore together once we start sketching out the layout.
Deliverables I expect:
• Conceptual layout options showing circulation and zoning
• Final floor plans, elevations, and sections ready for submission to the Accra metropolitan authorities
• Basic site plan indicating setbacks and services
• Any structural or MEP coordination drawings typically required for residential approval in Ghana
Experience with Ghanaian building codes, climate considerations, and local permitting procedures will be a strong advantage, but if you work remotely and can still meet those requirements that’s fine too. Please share samples of comparable residential work and let me know your typical turnaround time for the stages above.
