I am finalising a small retrofit application for an existing building in Düsseldorf and need a lean, no-frills bauphysikalische Stellungnahme that I can drop straight into the permit package. The core issue is Wärmeschutz; a quick eye on Schallschutz or Abdichtung is welcome only where it helps head off obvious objections, but the thermal side drives the brief.

What I expect back:

• A 1–2-page memo in German, delivered as an unlocked PDF, that I can attach to the Bauantrag without triggering further queries from the authority
