Virginia PE Structural Seal Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m preparing permit documents for a 10x15 residential addition that don't alter any of the interior framing. Before I submit anything to the county, I must attach a set of plans (which I already have) with the seal of a Professional Engineer licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Review the architectural sketches I will supply.
• Perform all calculations necessary to verify the modified walls and framing meet current Virginia Residential Code and applicable IBC sections.
• Stamp and sign with your Virginia PE seal, ready for direct upload to the county portal.
