Urgent structural integrity assessment required before purchase - Hunters Hill

NEED AN URGENT ASSESSMENT OF A POSSIBLE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY ISSUE BEFORE PURCHASE (Auction Sat, negotiations next few days).
The wall on the bottom floor of the house is wavey and appears to have a crack painted over.
That wall retains moisture from water streaming down a natural sandstone block that the house is built right up against.
That wall supports a lot of weight, and the wall 2 floors directly above also appears to have minor cracks.
I want to identify if the wall is a structural risk and if so, what can be done about it to strengthen (and approximate cost) given it may be difficult to access due to close proximity to the sandstone and being lower down.
