*URGENT* MEP Designer or Building Services Designer - Small Residential Unit

Looking for an experienced MEP Designer to provide the following URGENTLY for a 2-floor, total 156 sq m residential building:
- Electrical final plan & wiring/conduit takeoff: based on existing electrical layout plan
- Plumbing & sanitary final plan & piping takeoff: based on existing plumbing/sanitaryware layout plan

QUALIFICATIONS

Please reply clearly with number of years experience, and in what type of projects. Professional education and affiliations should also be highlighted.

Experience with hotel and/or tropical construction is preferred but not essential.

Electrical and plumbing building code knowledge of the country of construction (Seychelles) is not necessary, although familiarity with British building codes would be helpful.

INFORMATION & MATERIALS TO BE PROVIDED

Given that this is a straight forward project, needing a QUICK TURN AROUND, the architect will provide:
- Sketchup 3D design and/or autocad drawing of the construction
- electrical layout plan
- plumbing layout plan
- Teams/Zoom meeting(s) to explain project and answer any queries
